The call to your 08* number is delivered to a single telephone number; if that is busy or unanswered then it is delivered to an alternative. This call plan allows the call to attempt delivery up to 4 numbers.
Calls to the 08* number are routed according to time of day, day of week, date of month. For example, during opening hours calls can be delivered to your office, and then automatically be delivered to an alternative number when the office is closed. The routing can be programmed for weekends, and even bank holidays.
Calls to the 08* number can be delivered to a destination, according to where the caller is from. For example, a call to the 08* number from Liverpool, is routed to a store in Liverpool, and a call from Cambridge is delivered to a Cambridge store.
