More than a phone line, a helpline is our new campaign by which customers can cut their communication costs by switching to Swains for voice, data and IP solutions while we pledge to donate funds to local charity EACH on a monthly basis. What's more, the campaign's leaflet is printed on 100% recycled paper.

New faces at Swains

We're delighted to welcome six new members of staff to the company.

Paul Norman and Trevor Wootton, Business Development Managers, have joined the team to meet resellers and customers throughout the region (and beyond). Holly Bennett will be streamlining promotions as Marketing Coordinator and Kimberley Flint, Data and VoIP Specialist, has been taken on in response to the demand for this growing area of communications. Jenni Leys joins the team as Network Specialist, and Kelly Carter joins as Channel Partner Coordinator. Read more

08 number changes

Ofcom has changed the way that 0870 and 0871 numbers work and these changes impact all users of these number ranges.The changes came into effect on 1 August 2009.
