Transferring to Swains is seamless with no loss or interruption of service:
- There is no physical change to your lines or telephone number. All you will notice is a new clear, informative invoice, and a lower rental charge
- You will still be able to use your existing Select Services
- If you experience any technical difficulties, you simply call your local service providers customer services. Should the fault require local repair then a BT engineer will be despatched
