Swains Assured ADSL is an Access Method for VoIP services. An Access Method is the physical data circuit that carries the voice calls and signaling data for our VoIP services. Swains VoIP services include IPVC SIP Trunks, Communicator Hosted Telephony and Featureplus.

Application

Swains Assured ADSL can support Swains VoIP services where solutions are for up to ten simultaneous calls. With availability in 99.95% of locations and high quality "assured" service Swains Assured ADSL is the ideal upgrade from a typical "business grade" ADSL circuit designed to support VoIP and nothing else!

Features & Benefits

Swains Assured ADSL is restricted to voice traffic only and offers one of the most reliable Access Methods for up to ten simultaneous voice calls. Circuit latency, jitter and packet loss are kept to a minimum to assure high service reliability and the package includes a fully managed Cisco router.

Requirements

Each ADSL service requires a single analog telephone line, clear of special features such as RedCare, DACS, Featureline and Switchboards. Circuit availability is subject to further surveys and line tests.

Access

The underlying ISP service is provided according to location. The best, most suitable connection available at the local exchange will be used for Swains Assured ADSL services.
